With the Forever Whitening program, after your in-office procedure we will send you home with a set of custom plastic trays, fitted for your smile, along with a refill tube of whitening gel. We will provide these at each six-month checkup visit, so you can keep your smile bright and avoid the onset of serious stains. At home, you just fill the trays with gel and wear them each day for about an hour or as instructed.
